Visionary Leadership Driving AAEFORUM 2026

AAEFORUM 2026 is the product of a bold Pan-African vision championed by its Co-Founders, Dr. Utchay Odims, and Dr. David James Egwu, MBA, PhD, Co-Founder and Managing Director, whose collective leadership has helped establish AAEFORUM as a respected platform for economic diplomacy, investment promotion, policy dialogue, and strategic engagement between Africa and the United States.

Over the years, their commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for African governments, businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and diaspora communities has transformed AAEFORUM into a premier convening platform where ideas are translated into partnerships, investments, and actionable outcomes.

The growing international profile and success of AAEFORUM is further strengthened by the exceptional work of the Organizing Committee led by Dr. Matilda Seah Banga, Executive Director and Member of the GIAA Advisory Board, and Mrs. Nike Faleti, Member of the Board of Directors of GIAA. Together, they have provided outstanding leadership in stakeholder engagement, diplomatic outreach, delegate mobilization, sponsorship development, program coordination, and strategic planning for the 2026 edition.

Supported by an accomplished team of volunteers, advisors, regional representatives, and partners across Africa and the United States, the Organizing Committee continues to play a pivotal role in ensuring that AAEFORUM remains one of the most impactful platforms advancing Africa’s economic interests on the global stage.

Speaking ahead of the unveiling, Dr. David James Egwu remarked:

“Africa stands at a defining moment in history. The continent possesses the talent, resources, innovation, and demographic advantage to become a leading force in the global economy. AAEFORUM exists to bring together leaders and institutions capable of transforming opportunities into measurable progress for Africa and its people.”

“Our objective is not simply to host another conference, but to build a results-driven platform that facilitates investment, trade, innovation, job creation, and strategic partnerships capable of accelerating Africa’s transformation. AAEFORUM is where relationships are built, opportunities are unlocked, and lasting impact begins.”
