EIB’s Murtala Inusah receives IPLS’s ‘Ambassadorial Award’ for championing ADR activities

EIB’s Legal Affairs Correspondent, Murtala Kwei-Nortey Inusah, has been honored with the IPLS Board of Governance’s prestigious ‘Ambassadorial Award’ in recognition of his outstanding contributions in promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) activities on TV and Radio.

This achievement coincides with his graduation from a Professional Executive Master’s program in ADR from the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

“In recognition of your exceptional dedication and outstanding contributions as a brand ambassador for the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies, IPLS, promoting our mission and values through tireless advocacy and promotion. Your efforts have significantly impacted our reputation and growth, inspiring others to embrace our vision,” the citation read.

Murtala Inusah, the newly minted ADR practitioner, expressed heartfelt gratitude to IPLS, its founder, Mr. Alex Nartey Esq., and the entire governing board for the prestigious recognition. In his words:

“I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the founder of IPLS, Alex Nartey Esq., and the governing board for this honor. I pledge to continue promoting and advocating for ADR activities, both within and beyond the IPLS community.”

Meanwhile, the IPLS Governor’s best performing student awards went to Rev. Nana Bentum for the (Professional Executive Master in Alternative Dispute Resolution) class, Mrs. Eunice Owiredua Gyadu for Professional Executive Master in General Paralegal class, Asafoatsengua Gaduga Osrama VI for Professional Executive Master in Chieftaincy Law and Development class and Eng. Adzah Kofi Alphonse (PEMADR February class).

The Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies (IPLS) is dedicated to the development and promotion of the Alternative Dispute Resolution, Human Rights based approach to development, paralegal studies and capacity enhancement programmes in management and leadership Studies for both public and private sector practitioners.

The institute was established in February, 2013 and was commissioned in June the same year.

The institute’s governing council which is the highest decision-making body is made up of private Legal practitioners, ADR consultants, Management and leadership consultants.
