Mahama commissions Kalsoume Sinare as Ghana’s Ambassador to Spain

Ghanaian actress Kalsoume Sinare has been officially commissioned as Ambassador-Designate to Spain by President John Dramani Mahama, marking a remarkable shift from the entertainment industry to the diplomatic arena.

The celebrated screen icon, widely recognised for her contributions to Ghana’s film industry, now assumes a critical role in representing Ghana’s interests abroad.

In addition to her extensive experience in the arts, Kalsoume Sinare holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, awarded in 2023.
