Gospel Musician Bernice Offei reportedly missing

Ghanaian gospel musician, Bernice Offei has reportedly gone missing, with an appeal for information about her whereabouts circulating among members of the gospel music community.

The 63-year-old musician was reportedly last seen on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Nyaho-Tamakloe Street in Agbogba, Accra. Bernice Offei is described as dark in complexion.

Family and friends are appealing to the public to assist in locating her and have provided contact numbers for anyone with information about her whereabouts.

Members of Ghana’s gospel music industry have also joined the search, including Diana Hamilton and Fiifi Folson sharing appeals for information on social media.

Bernice Offei is an award-winning Ghanaian gospel musician known for songs including “Hold On” and “Life Is So Short.” She is a musician, songwriter and minister, with her music career spanning several years.

The circumstances surrounding her disappearance have not yet been publicly established.
